Learn the seven steps to successful meditation, open discussions, support, understanding, guidance, successful strategies and techniques in understanding how to quiet the mind using simple daily practises. Plus course materials.

Sessions

You can book in for a private one to one session every Wednesday between 7am to 9pm

Three sessions in total. Duration of each session is 2 hours. A total of 6 hours training. Plus homework each week.
